The path to a scholarship is a single one: first the “Moscow Meets Friends” festival, then participation in the foundation’s concert programmes — and only afterwards the scholarship.
Talented children submit an application for the “Moscow Meets Friends” festival through the foundation’s personal account.
The performance is assessed by members of the expert panel — People’s Artists, professors and laureates of international competitions.
By the decision and personal invitation of Vladimir Spivakov, the selected participants join the foundation’s concert programmes.
Over the course of the year, the invited participants perform in the foundation’s programmes. This is precisely the basis for receiving a scholarship.
Only a regular participant in the foundation’s concert programmes can become a scholarship holder. The decision is made by the Expert Council; consideration of a candidacy requires a recommendation from a teacher or educational institution. If the Council has selected a candidate, three documents are submitted as a single package:
The package is sent to info@spivakov.ru; the subject line should read: “For receiving the scholarship: the child’s full name in the nominative case.” If even one document is missing, the request may not be considered.
Participation in the concert programmes is a mandatory condition for receiving the scholarship.
The performances of the applicants are assessed by: Vyacheslav Semyonov (People’s Artist of the Russian Federation, professor), Alexandra Tsygankova (People’s Artist of the Russian Federation, professor), Maxim Fyodorov (laureate of international competitions), Tatiana Svistunova (associate professor at MSIC), Oleg Svistunov (professor at MSIC), Victoria Zyablitskaya (laureate of international competitions) and Marina Egorova (Honoured Worker of Culture of the Russian Federation).
