Discovering and supporting gifted young musicians across the country.
The Foundation was established in 1994 by the eminent violinist and conductor Vladimir Spivakov. For more than thirty years it has supported gifted children in music, choreography, the fine arts and the circus arts.
Master classes, concerts, tours and exhibitions in Russia and abroad, named scholarships and participation in international competitions. Each month more than twenty projects take place around the world — from Moscow to Sakhalin.

The XXIII International Festival will take place from 1 to 10 October 2026 at Moscow’s finest venues under the motto “The Light of Mercy”. Over the years the festival has welcomed young artists from more than 400 cities of Russia, every country of the CIS and 50 nations abroad.
