The Foundation has been working since 1994 and invites companies to cooperate: to support a scholarship, the festival, a concert programme or to give an instrument to a particular child.

The Vladimir Spivakov International Charitable Foundation is a non-profit organisation founded in 1994. The Foundation helps gifted children develop their abilities: it organises concerts, master classes, tours and exhibitions in Russia and abroad, awards named scholarships, gives musical instruments and supports participation in international competitions. Each month around twenty major Foundation projects take place around the world.

For a company, partnership means taking part in specific, visible work: every scholarship, every instrument and every concert has a name, a city and a date. The Foundation publishes its financial statements and annual public reports, so the result of your support can be shown both to employees and to partners.

Forms of cooperation

A named scholarship

Named scholarships are awarded once a year at the Foundation’s gala concert: the laureate receives a certificate and a material prize, and the decision to award them is taken by the Council of the Foundation. A scholarship may bear the name of a person or of an organisation — scholarships in memory of musicians and teachers have already been established this way.

Support for the festival

“Moscow Meets Friends” has been held annually since 2004 on the finest stages of Moscow. The XXIII festival will take place on 1–10 October 2026: nine concerts, two art exhibitions and an online programme. The audience — no fewer than 25 000 people in the halls.

Musical instruments

The Foundation gives gifted children violins, flutes, clarinets, trumpets, French horns and guitars — an instrument can be bought or donated. The lists of the instruments given and of the contracts are published on the site.

Concert programmes

Hundreds of young performers and ensembles from all over the country take part in the Foundation’s concert programmes — pianists, string players, wind players, folk instrumentalists, singers, choirs and dancers. Supporting a programme means rehearsals, halls, journeys and a place on the stage.

Presidential Fund for Cultural Initiatives

Since 2023 the Foundation has worked with the Presidential Grants Fund and the Presidential Fund for Cultural Initiatives — on the projects “Light of Hope”, “Tuning Fork of the Regions” and “The Present of the Future”. The “Miles of Mercy” programme runs together with Aeroflot, and targeted fundraisers for instruments are announced by the Foundation on the SberVmeste platform.

How to begin

We discuss the format and the scale

The Foundation’s staff will suggest an area where support is needed right now and explain exactly how it will reach the children.

We draw up the documents

The Foundation’s charter, certificates and reports are published openly; the bank details and the ways to transfer money are on the “Support the Foundation” page.

You see the result

The Foundation reports on the presentation of instruments, on scholarships and concerts in its news, and publishes the results of the year in its annual report.

Documents for verification

Before starting to cooperate, companies usually ask for the constituent documents. All of them are available on the site: the Foundation’s charter, the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (EGRUL) certificate, the Taxpayer Identification Number (INN) certificate, the accounting and financial statements by year, and the annual public reports.
