Among the musicians nurtured by the Foundation are names known today in concert halls all over the world. Gathered here are those whose artistic path is described in the Foundation's archive.

This is not a complete list of alumni. Over the years the Foundation has had about a thousand scholars; 424 names have been entered in the public register, and a detailed biography has been preserved for 131 of them. It is they who are gathered on this page.

Sergei DogadinOur star
Sergei Dogadin
violin

In 2019 he was awarded First Prize and the Gold Medal of the 16th International Tchaikovsky Competition. Among his victories are the J. Joachim Competition in Hanover and the International Competition in Singapore.

Alexander BoldachevOur star
Alexander Boldachev
harpist and composer

A guest soloist of the Bolshoi Theatre of Russia, a virtuoso harpist, composer and teacher. He began giving concerts at the age of five and his international career at eight, with a concert with the State Orchestra of Lithuania.

Sergey Smbatyan
conductor

Honoured Artist of the Republic of Armenia. In 2005 he founded and took charge of the Youth Orchestra of Armenia, which takes part in the Foundation's “Moscow Meets Friends” festivals.

Dmitry Shishkin
piano

First Prize at the Geneva International Music Competition (2018) and Second Prize at the International Tchaikovsky Competition (2019). He has played the piano since the age of two.

Kirill SoldatovOur star
Kirill Soldatov
trumpet

A soloist of the National Philharmonic Orchestra of Russia and a holder of the Prize of the President of the Russian Federation. Vladimir Spivakov gave the musician enormous support; the maestro's gift to him was a magnificent instrument.

Maxim Rysanov
violist and conductor

Winner of the Gramophone and Classic FM award in the “Young Performer of the Year” category (2008) and of the BBC “New Generation” award (2007—2009). He lives in London and has an extensive discography.

Anastasia KobekinaOur star
Anastasia Kobekina
cello

Winner of the TONALi competition in Hamburg (2015) and Third Prize laureate of the International Tchaikovsky Competition (2019). In chamber ensembles she has played with Vladimir Spivakov, Gidon Kremer and Yuri Bashmet.

A guitarist and composer, a member of the Union of Moscow Composers and president of the Moscow International Association of Guitar Art. Laureate of the Prize of the Moscow City Government.

Yulianna Avdeeva

Her victory at the 16th International Chopin Piano Competition in Warsaw (2010) brought the pianist onto the world stage. Throughout the years her artistic growth has gone forward with the constant support of the Foundation.
